Housing Information

All housing for AFSCME’s 38th International Convention is being coordinated by AFSCME’s Conference & Travel Services Department. It is extremely important that AFSCME attendees use rooms that are under AFSCME’s contract. There are financial penalties to AFSCME if delegates, alternates and guests book their own rooms or use hotels not listed below. Also, as part of our negotiations, hotels provide benefits that enable us to offer shuttle services, educational programs and other activities at no cost to affiliates or Convention attendees.

Download the official Housing Registration form, fill it out and send it to the AFSCME Conference & Travel Services Department. The completed form must reach AFSCME no later than Friday, June 13, 2008. Make a copy for your records. For questions, contact AFSCME Conference & Travel Services:

Deadlines

June 13, 2008 - Official Housing Registration form deadline. Reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations received after June 13, 2008, will be confirmed based on hotel rate and availability.

July 18, 2008 - The final day that the AFSCME Conference & Travel Services Department will accept any reservations, changes or cancellations. Please contact the hotel directly after this date.
