AT&T Wireless Discounts
Union members can receive a special 10% discount on wireless service from AT&T (formerly Cingular), the only wireless company that can, and does, proclaim that it is “Proud to Be Union.” The 10% discount is available off the regular monthly rate for any AT&T individual or family plan.
Additional savings: Union members also receive special savings on phones and accessories.
NEW: The Apple 3G iPhone is now part of the Union Plus AT&T Discount Program. Members will be able to purchase the 3G iPhone at regular price and receive the 10% Union Plus discount off the AT&T service plan.
Please note the discount only applies to service using the new 3G iPhone. There will be no discount for service using the original iPhone.
Note: The 10% discount is not available on unlimited minutes or AT&T Unity plans.
3 ways to take advantage of your 10% AT&T Wireless discount today:
- Find specials on phones and purchase service or add a line to your existing AT&T Wireless account online.
- You will be asked to certify that you are a current or retired union member prior to entering the AT&T Web site. You will also be asked to provide your union name and local number at time of check out.

- Purchase new service or add a line to your existing AT&T Wireless account.
- Notify the AT&T customer service operator that the Union Plus AT&T Wireless Discount FAN number is: 00113662.
- You may be asked to fax proof of union membership if you call AT&T customer service to purchase or change your existing service. Download "proof of membership" form here.
3. Shop locally at an AT&T store
- Find an AT&T store location near you here. Note: The union discount is ONLY available at AT&T stores, NOT at any authorized dealer or kiosk, to qualified members.
- Print savings coupon now.
- Bring the savings coupon and one of the following acceptable forms of union identification to the store:
- a union membership card
- a Union Plus Credit Card
- proof of payment of union dues

Note to current AT&T (formerly Cingular) customers: you will need to renew your contract to be eligible for the discount. However, if you've signed up for the 5% union discount previously, you will automatically receive the 10% discount.
All program plans for new and existing customers require a new two-year contract. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts. The 10% discount is not available on additional lines for family plans, unlimited minutes or AT&T Unity plans.
