BE IT RESOLVED:

Amend Section 2 of Article 5 of the Constitution by adding two sentences to the end:

Effective the date the International President elected at the AFSCME 40th International Convention assumes office, the salary of the International President shall be $295,000. The salary shall be adjusted annually in accordance with the average annual increase in pay of AFSCME members as determined by the Secretary-Treasurer for the purpose of Section 7 of Article 9 of the Constitution.
