BE IT RESOLVED:

That the International Union Constitution, Article X, Section 12, subsection C, is amended to read as follows:

C.  The right to be tried within sixty seventy-eight calendar days after the charge(s) have been filed.having been provided personally served, or sixty-three calendar days after having been forwarded, a copy of the charge(s) as provided in Subsection A of Section 12 of this Article.
