Why vote? These AFSCME Ohio members have the answer.

For voters who may still be unsure about whether to cast their ballots on Tuesday, these AFSCME members from Ohio have some pretty good reasons why you need to make your voice heard:
“Working people should have a voice. They should be the change in the world they want to see today. Not take a backseat.” – Sheila Dawkins-Flinn, Local 689 (OAPSE).
“It’s important that we elect people who are for labor, for Social Security, and for all of our benefits. Working people deserve retirement security.” – Sandra Coutcher, AFSCME Retirees Chapter 1184.
“Working people deserve good public transportation, especially our school kids, because we take care of them daily” – Stephanie Wiley, Local 336 (OAPSE).
AFSCME President Patrick Moran joined Ohio members over the weekend to get out the vote for pro-worker candidates.
Whatever your reason for voting, be sure to head to the polls tomorrow to cast your ballot.
