With only Democratic votes, the House of Representatives approved the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan for COVID relief with $350 billion in aid for states, counties, cities and towns.

The full U.S. House of Representatives will vote on the American Rescue Plan the week of February 22, and the Senate will vote soon afterward.
